Customer Service blows


I ordered the smart lidz online. Shortly after I placed the order I thought I should have checked Walgreens and Target to see if they carried this. When I placed the order I recieved an e-mail verification and in the e-mail it said that I could go to a website to cancel the order. I did shortly after placing the order but the product still shipped. I recieved it in less than 2 weeks (unlike the 4-6 it said it would take). Good thing I didn't pay for rush shipping. I called customer service and told them I recieved the order even though I followed the steps to cancel the order. They said they couldn't refund the more than $20 in shipping and I would still have to pay to ship it back. I'm considering writing "refused" on the box and sending it back for free and then calling my credit card co. to have charge removed. Only problem is I don't have proof of cancelling order since it was done via web form instead of e-mail. AND don't know if I could track a package that was refused so I have proof that they recieved product back.
